[etni] technical glitch?

Hi all,

If you sent a message directly to the ETNI list email -
etni@xxxxxxxxxxxxx - either last night or today (Thursday) and you
don't think it came through, please send it again as it appears that
there was a technical glitch in the system during this time.

Now (16:30 - Thursday)  things appear to be working normally.

But then, what is normal?
