[etni] teaching hours

I too would like to respond to the thread regarding teaching hours. I think 
Dan, that your indignant tone towards your principal and/or the educational 
system is unfounded. You want time to take a course that is totally unrelated 
to teaching English. Why should your principal be obligated to respect this? 
 In my opinion, one of the reforms that should be addressed is teachers' 
schedules. Ideally, we should all clock in at the same time and leave work 
without having tests, notebooks etc in our schoolbags . This not being the 
case, we mustn't blame the principal when our personal needs are not addressed.
