[etni] summer English immersion?

A young woman who graduated from the high school where I teach is looking 
for an English speaking environment within Israel.
She is currently studying languages in France and needs to take part in 
something similar to an immersion program - working or studying in a 
situation where all communications and transactions use English.
Does anyone here know if such a situation exists within our tiny Hebrew 
speaking country?  To complicate matters, it would be preferable if said 
setup were in the north.
