[etni] sanctions

i need clarification of the sanctions from irgun hamorim. if i understand
correctly - and please correct me if i am wrong - there are 3 sanctions:
1. no accomodations for LD students, not only in english (no tapes, extra
time, oral testing,etc.)
2. no work on projects, no matter which grade
3. no participation in the hishtalmut for the new literature bagrut, whether
as a participant or as a lecturer
is there anything else of which i am unaware? is everyone (hopefully)
following these sanctions? (if not, why not?)
is there any way or person from whom we can get more info/updates?
