[etni] re oral testing contract

i showed the contract to a lawyer friend. she says the section about
the 34% is the accepted section that is added to a contract with a
"sapak chitzoni" who does not have worker - employer relationship (? -
yachasy oved ma'avid).

as far as i understand, it is just for this contract - this year.

it means nothing for past years or for future years.
