[etni] re etni - netvision....

I am subscribed to etni through netvision. For the last few months I have
been reading the list on the web, because I receive only about 1 or 2 out of
every 5 messages. There is no common denominator between the messages I do
get. I tried to figure out what the problem was - but have no idea. So I
just gave up.
  Reading on the web is very inconvenient - I can't reply to a specific
message or quote it, or write to someone off-line (I don't see the
addresses.)
I really hope the problem will be solved.
