The good talkers can turn a blah project into something great, without showing 
a page, but for the weak talker having the project with is helpful.

Don't forget that the class teacher submits to the Oral Bagrut testers a 
list of the projects that the pupils have done. I think that more or less 
fixes that loophole unless a teacher covers up for a pupil and reports a 
topic for a fictitious project. Do you believe anyone would do that? I 
don't. We are a very honest bunch!
