[etni] payment for logs

Good afternoon to all,
Although Mitzi and Adele may be right in claiming how little EXTRA work is
being added on to the original portfolio, they are ignoring the fact that
the portfolio was added on in its time without any compensation and did add
on a lot of extra grading and preparation time. The same is true of the
project. Moreover, for the first year or two, it will involve much more
work, rewording questions, dealing with HOTS, making sure we do all the
paper work etc. I do not think it is fair to underestimate all that.
