[etni] ordering cassettes for new summer bagrut

As rakezet at my school, I need to order cassettes for the upcoming summer 
bagrut for students with hakra'at sheilon.  However, the only order form we 
have at school has the semel sheilon for the "old" bagrut, not the new 
modular one.  When will the new form be sent to schools AND, is it possible 
for ETNI to put the form up so we can just download it as opposed to wait 
who knows how long for it to get to school (especially now with Pesach 
vacation).  Alternately, what I was thinking of doing was to take an old 
form and just cross out the old semelim (codes as we say in English?) and 
write in the new ones.  Would that be sufficient?  Any input would be 
appreciated.
