**** ETNI on the web http://www.etni.org.il http://www.etni.org **** One of the problems with listening to a tape and recording the answers is that a lot of these kids have ADHD and/or problems with coordination - and if they have to cope with running a tape during an exam - they really can't do it. This is from personal experience - all three of my kids have ADHD and my daughter is dyslextic, too. With oral testing she has a 4 point bagrut (she's not a native speaker). The one-on-one also helps focus the kids on the questions. sara sara g in israel sarag@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx ----- Original Message ----- From: "Iris Elish" <granny@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> To: "etni" <etni@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Wednesday, September 24, 2003 1:06 PM Subject: [etni] oral bagrut and dispensations > **** ETNI on the web http://www.etni.org.il http://www.etni.org **** > > Shalom > > From what I understand, only very special students are given the > dispensation of an oral test.
