[etni] opinion composition

on the bagrut, if students are asked to write a composition presenting their
opinion:
1. *can* they present arguments for and against, if they want to and then
state their opinion?
2. do they *have to* present arguments for and against and then state their
opinion?
3.can they be asked, *in the instructions*, to present arguments for and
against the topic, in addition to their opinion?
**in other words, should they be working on for and against writing too?
