[etni] official Bagrut answer key

Hi everyone,
In response to the questions about which answers will be accepted on the Bagrut 
exams, I'd like to remind everyone that the answers published in the newspapers 
are not official answers and have no connection to the Ministry's official 
answer key. The official key is (almost) finalized only after a "mitgam" and 
several meetings where Ministry officials and senior Bagrut examiners discuss 
the various options. This key is then presented to all Bagrut markers for 
discussion before the final version is distributed.
