Course Description  

This course has been initiated to answer the unique needs of teachers for
Native Speakers of English in Elementary and Junior High Schools. Course
participants will have the opportunity to acquire teaching methods and
elements of instruction for the teaching of English as a first language
taking into account the heterogeneity of students defined as native English
speakers in Israeli schools. It is intended to serve as a forum for
discussing issues relevant to teachers of Native Speakers. 

 

The program will include the following   

> defining the native speaker class 

> program design for native speakers 

> material development 

> understanding and application of grammar 

> creative writing
