Hi all,

Although this message is primarily directed to Netvision subscribers to
the ETNI list, most of these Netvision subscribers will probably not
see this message for the very reason that we are sending it.

Have we lost you yet?

ETNI mail appears to be frequently bouncing from Netvision mailboxes. 
Why this is happening, we do not know. But it is just one link in a long
chain of problems with Netvision and ETNI mail.
As a result of the mail constantly bouncing, it appears that freelists
has automatically set many of the netvision subscriber subscriptions to
"vacation mode" - and these subscribers subsequently do not receive ETNI
mail.

For those ETNI netvision subscribers who wrote asking us why they are
not receiving ETNI mail, we discovered this to be the problem and
turned off "vacation mode" for them, in the vague hope that they will
now receive ETNI mail through their Netvision accounts (of course, at
least 50% of the ETNI mail is then filtered out through the infamous
Netvision mail filter - but that is a story for another day).

If you know of any Netvisioners who are not receiving ETNI mail - please
forward this message to them.
