[etni] need private teacher for adult in Netanya

A friend of mine is looking for a teacher to help his wife improve her
English writing skills. She works as a Hebrew secretary but needs to improve
her English so she can write emails and letters. She might also need help in
reading. They are interested only in one-on-one, not a course. They live in
