Here are my two shekels worth of comments regarding the Dovrat Report. We  
should organize a petition in both English and Hebrew to demonstrate our 
demands and to show that we consider English important. We might also include 
something about the usefulness of the NBA (NOT). Our unions are not 
representing us and we English teachers are getting a very bad deal. Our 
students are not learning English and the system is failing them. Furthermore I 
don't  think the Dovrat Report benefits us at all.
