[etni] missing teachers

Hi All,
I teach at Seminar Hakibbuzim and Seminar Levinsky and registration is VERY low 
this year in the English departments. 

In order to encourage people to become EFL teachers, the ministry should pay 
for their college fees. Then the colleges could pick the cream of the crop: 
good people who are serious about teaching. 

How about proposing that to the ministry?
