[etni] messages to the ETNI list

Hi all,

As of tomorrow, December 1st, messages of a commercial nature will no longer 
be accepted on the ETNI mailing list.

We will set up a special section on the ETNI website where you can post 
information about new publications and other commercial products of interest 
to English teachers.
