[etni] letters

I'd like to go back to the letter writing requirements for the new exam and 
make another request to please put up on ETNI (and send out to schools) as soon 
as possible clear examples of the different letter styles: informal, 
semi-formal and formal. I would appreciate explicit clarification when one is 
to write each as I'm still foggy regarding semi-formal and formal letters. 
My 11th graders are taking the Bagrut this summer and I need to be clear with 
them now as to the 3 kinds of correspondence. This should be part of an 
appendix to the NBA handbook.
