[etni] Re: informing the parents

As far as I undestand there was no formal info. about this "decree" - how is anyone supposed to know anything about it, make an opinion, inform parents, etc. if even the principals have no idea? Though I agree with the take-action principle, at the moment there seems to be nothing to take action about!
