[etni] heterogeneous english classrooms

Greetings,
I am seeking assistance with teaching English in heterogeneous classrooms. I would greatly appreciate both recommended readings for theoretical support and practical suggestions from those of you who are currently teaching heterogeneous groups or have done so in the past. I have not seen any in-service training courses addressing this recently, yet I am in great need of guidance and advice.
I eagerly await all replies from teachers or other professionals with experience in the heterogeneous classroom.
