[etni] help with 10th grade

My school has decided to only have 1 class of boys and 1 class of girls for the 
10th grade this year, making a teacher's nightmare come true. In each class 
there are at least 3 levels (3 point, 4 point and 5 point). I am in the midst 
right now trying to select a book for the class to use, as well as try and come 
up with a lesson for the first day. If anyone has any ideas please pass them
