[etni] graphic artist for the Etni Rag

Hi all,

We are looking for a graphic artist who will be willing to create the graphic 
layout for "The Etni Rag" free of charge.

Why are we asking you to do this "free of charge"?

1) Etni doesn't charge anything for all of the services that it provides to the 
Etni public
2) Etni has no money coming in, thus it has no budget.
3) All people working on the Etni site, volunteer their time.
4) Not only does everyone donate their own time, some of us pay web hosting 
costs, etc. out of our own pocket.

So, we can't promise you payment for your services, but we can possibly promise 
you "fame".
There are over 3,000 visitors to the Etni site daily. We will give you full 
credit for the graphic layout on "The Etni Rag" pages, with a link to your 
site/portfolio/whatever.

What we need from you:

1) A graphic layout for the front page of the Etni Rag, including the top level 
menu bars. You would be expected to include the html code for this page, as 
well.

2) The graphic layout template for all of the inside pages for "The Etni Rag", 
including colors, background, title/subtitles styles and menu placement. Again, 
we would also need you to include the html code for this template, leaving a 
special area on the page open for us to "dump in" the specific content for that 
page.

I would do all of the coordination on this with you through email (and 
telephone, where necessary). Thus all templates, graphic files, html pages, 
etc., would be transferred through email.
