I just want to say that I agree with Maxine. Of course every teacher
prepares his/her class not just for the bagrut but also teaches
enrichment etc. Of course Native speaker teachers deserve gmulim.
It's just that there is no way to measure who deserves what. We all
work hard, we all deserve compensation for the hours of preparation
and marking we do. It's not really a question of the level of the
students. I just pointed out that the fact that a class is weak does not
mean we do less preparation. Equally, just because a class is strong,
the same applies.
