Dear Etnians,
If we?re already discussing gmulim, I?d like to see elementary school
teachers having the same rights as high school teachers. For example, why
should an elementary teacher have to work 24 hours for a misrat em, whereas
in high school the teachers only have to work 19 hours? I think that
elementary school teachers work just as hard, and sometimes harder, as the
school population has more motivation, and therefore less discipline
problems as they get older.
Does anyone have any feedback on this?
