This was answered by Judy. If the pupil passes the 3 pt and fails the 4 
point modules, in other words, gets a average passing grade for modules A,B 
and C (s)he has a 3 pt bagrut guaranteed. If he takes the D & E and has an 
average passing grade with them, he gets 4 pt. However, if he fails in his 
average grade of C,D, and E he has failed the 4 pt but still has his 3 
point.
