Subject: using an electronic dictionary

While checking my mock exams. I came across this sentence.

"Children amass suspense in the year and need to find a way to discharge it"

It was written in a composition to explain why end of the year
parties are important.. It shows one of the big problems of using
an electronic dictionary. I am curious how a bagrut marker would
relate to such a sentence. I find it very amusing but all laughter aside,
really what should I tell this student?
