Shalom to all!!

My principal is bringing great pressure to bear for our teachers to sign the
Ofek Hadash reform. My questions are as follows:

1. How much better is the agreement that the Irgun managed to sign?
2. If I don't want to sign the agreement, but the school does anyway,
does it commit me, or not?
3. If I move over to the Irgun (right this moment!!), and my school
signs, can the principal force me to sign, or can he get me relocated to
another school?

Thanks in advance for any advice! I know that lots has been written here
about the Ofek Hadash, but I need hard answers ASAP!!
