Hi Etniers,
Thanks to Micki Zaritsky for the tip about a site that lets you upload
files for others to quickly download. I uploaded the file and the link
to it is good for 7 days - or a certain number of downloads, but I
don't think that will be a problem. I can always re-upload it. Let me
know if there are any problems. I tried it out and it took about
2 minutes to download.
