Re: time commitment for marking - the checking begins approximately a week or 10 days after the exam - starting with the "tidruch" and then about three weeks of checking, when you have a batch to check every three days (twice a
week going to the marvad to exchange notebooks). The
timing this year should be from the end of May till the third week in June and if you agree to check you have to take notebooks throughout the whole period. Someone wrote about the rates of pay which vary slightly according to which module you mark but the hourly rate is 121 shekels an hour.

There were some more detailed messages on the subject a couple of days ago.
