HI All,

This is just a nice idea to give kids for homework.. I know that both the teacher and the students enjoy it VERY much.. I did this with my 10th graders as part of the book Full Volume.. In the unit they teach the kids how to write emails.. (using shortened forms of words, icons etc..). So I asked my kids to send me an email about themselves.

And to make sure that kids who don't have access to email or internet didn't miss out I allowed them to work in pairs.. (and told them they could even send the letters from school !!).

Well so far about half the kids have written really lovely letters to my email address and I have replied.. NO GRADE was given . but it was a a really nice way to get to know the kids more and I think it's a gr8.. idea
!!! U 2 can try it !!!
