What do we do if we have no more teachers left (since every spare teacher will be busy testing students orally throughout the day)? Of course the payment for testing the student is extremely
important, especially since it is the only time an English teacher in my school gets paid for testing a student orally (the other hundreds of hours during the year are on the teachers), but what if we just don't have anyone else to do it...Maybe the Ministry should send testers to test students....??? We don't have any more manpower.. and I am sure that there are other schools with the same problem..
We love our students and want them to succeed, but there is only so much we can do and places we can be in at the same time. Making tapes and testing the students during the year is exhausting and the numbers are overwhelming.
Suggestions?
