Subject: Query about online proficiency course
Hi, I hope someone knows how to answer this question for me. 
A friend who has an online English school is interested in offering
proficiency courses to non-native English teachers in Israel which will
include speaking of course along with all the other skills. The courses
would be tailored to meet the needs of English teachers' in Israel. Anyways, my question is this: 
Is there any way to get this type of course approved for
gmul, to make it more attractive to the teachers? 
If you know how to do it or who he should speak to, please let me know.
