[etni] excellent in-service lecture

Hi All,

   The south IS on the map! Orly Sela gave an engaging and dynamic talk today 
at the Beersheva Teachers' Center this afternoon. Thanks to Orly for coming 
down all the way from Metulla and thanks to Shirley Burg, Inspector for 
organizing the in-service lecture.
