Hi all,
The "Who's Who" section on ETNI - www.etni.org/whoswho/
is meant both to introduce members of the ETNI community and enable people to
identify ETNI members who can help them in specific areas relating to EFL, etc.
In the attempt to make this section much more accessible, I am presently
updating the format.
Until now, entries have been listed as multiple entries according to the first
letter of the first name. Thus you will find all of the ETNI members whose name
begins with "B" on the "Letter B" page. However, by having multiple entries on
the same page, we are unable to perform more exact searches for ETNI members.
I am now presently setting up a separate page for each ETNI member, and a
search function for the Who's Who section that will enable you to search for
any ETNI member by keyword (first name, last name, name of school, etc.) Your
search will then turn up individual pages for each of the ETNI members found.
This has already been done for first names beginning with the letter "A" and I
hope to finish updating the whole section in the next couple of weeks (it is
rather a huge undertaking).
In addition, I have added "Keywords (areas of interest/expertise)" to each of
the entries. This is meant to identify which areas individual ETNI members have
experience in and can share this experience with others, if asked.
In addition to the search function, the names of ETNI members will still be
listed according to the letter pages (for browsing through the names), but
these pages will now simply link each name to the individual member page (as is
now the case for the letter A page).
Note that for each entry, the date that the entry was last updated is noted.
This is so as to let people know how up-to-date they can expect that entry to
be.
You are welcome to update your entry (or create a new entry for those of you
who are still not listed), by filling in the online form at -
