Dear colleagues,
I would like to share this with you all:
This year I was given the task of testing the regular 'old' version and
the students with projects in the oral bagrut exam.
I really enjoyed talking with the students about the project. I felt
that this was the first time that I actually had a normal, spontaneous
conversation with a student in all the years of testing the oral bagrut.
What I found good about it was that they actually had to think and react
to my comments - this could not be rehearsed the way the old oral bagrut
was.
I believe that the interview is ok, not great, as many of them still
come so prepared that you can not even ask a question, but that is fine.
It gives them an opportunity to calm down before talking about the
project.
All in all I was pleased with this new change and maybe this will make
the oral bagrut a bit better:)
