A teacher wrote thanking everyone who helped her work out how to use
one aspect of Excel. I  am frustrated that I can't figure out how to use
Excel for my class grades. Is there a tutorial on-line or different source
for me to learn how to use it?

Another question:
To those of you who are teaching 5th grade this year: How are you preparing
your classes for the Meitzav? I am trying to get my classes used to the
various formats presented on the Meitzav. For example: I hang up a picture
on the board and we all work together to describe it in a few sentences with
one student demonstrating on the board. But I wonder whether I should use a
picture with or without action. Is it important for them to use the There
is/There are format or more important for them to use am/is/are- have/has
etc. I'd appreciate any guidelines to help me help my students.
