[etni] editing your messages to the list

Hi all,

Yes ... well ... as you see, an earlier message to the list contained
the whole of yesterday's digest.

Usually, we catch these things when approving messages to the list, but
there are days when things slip through our nimble fingers.

So, a simple request - which will cut down our work load considerably
and also allow for a much more friendlier mailing list environment:

Please edit your messages when sending them to the list. In other words
- when you reply to a message, or to a message on the ETNI digest,
please enclose - in your message - only that part of the original
message/digest that you are responding to. ETNI subscribers -
especially digest subscribers - do not need to reread the same messages
over and over.
