[etni] dovrai anglit

Hi,
I am seeking advice regarding dovrai anglit classes. My son's elementary school 
run's  dovrai anglit classes in the morning hours which the parents pay for 
through a non profit association - the matnas. A parent (who does not have a 
child in the program) complained to the ministry that the English speakers were 
getting preferential treatment. The headmistress was told to close down the 
program immediately.  
What can we do to save the program?
