[etni] creative writing course?

Does anyone know if there are any English creative writing courses for teenagers in Israel? This is for a (near-native) English speaking girl in the 9th grade. The family came back from a year in the states, and the girl is writing LONG stories (almost book - length) in wonderful English. Her vocabulary is amazing, her ideas are as good as a lot of American and British "young adult" books I have read.

They live near Kiriat Gat, but are willing to travel almost anywhere in the country for something good.
