[etni] compromise for LD's

Hi,
I have a possible compromise solution for the issue of testing LD pupils
that might work for others during the sanctions. I'm going to ask some of
my 12th grade pupils who have already finished their Bagrut (or Dovrei
Anglit), to read their tests to my 9th grade LD pupils. I found out which
hours they are free because they no longer attend English classes, and some
actually agreed to do it.
Also, I had a phone call from a mother of an LD pupil yesterday and she
suggested that the parents of the LD pupils volunteer to do this. Since I
have about 5 LD pupils in each class, and 4 tests per year, it would require
only 4 parents to come in one time each and read the test to all 5 pupils.
It occurs to me that this is a good idea anyhow - the parents can see what
we have to deal with and maybe they'll even join our demands for payment.
