that Jimmy'sfirst letter was censored or refused or whatever, as unsuitable
for the ETNI list. The only reason  for that would be the use of four-letter
words,which I am sure he did not employ.   Using an analogy???????..I
havesaid for years that administration people and rank and file teachers
should NOT be in the same union; unfortunately,and with a total lack of
logic- -typical of Israel-       -it has always been this   way.   Reason/s
for my objection:  different   goals, different   considerations,  
different  points of view.  2.Just the last two years or so:   a whole new
programwas parachuted upon us.  Then RE-thought, RE-done, thenRE-explained,
then RE-organized, then RE ?. RE   ?.you get the point.   3.Then Ms. Livnat
of the MAT group (microphone attachment syndrome?I borrowed this from Ran
Erez, who,regardless of whatever, was righton on this):  fire teachers,more
work, a pittance as lip service, and business as usual. Instead ofrank and
file,  we are and will be??.. ???raggedy and fatigued.  It would be nice if
everyonce in a while, the determiners of our fate would have worked in the
trenches for a while so they know what they are talking about. But that
wouldbe utopia. And thisain't it. Mizz Scahlet's words wouldhave to be
changed:"Ya'll know tomorrahmaht be anothah day, but those Yankees have sho' 
done made a mess of everythin', and the days sho' gonna' be black.The simple
people gonna'save the day."  I am waiting to seeif this message is refused
