[etni] changes

How does the old Bob Dylan song go? "The times they are a changin." I do did
not welcome the changes to the curriculum imposed by the ministry of
Education nor do I think we can reinvent education either by sending our
children at a younger age to elementary school. However I welcome the
shorter week day and look forward to a five day week. Furthermore if it will
mean more hours in one school rather than forcing us to work in two or three
schools it sounds good. Now if only the Ministry would listen to our
concerns about how to teach English effectively without their modular based
exams and excessive demands of our time which take away from classroom
learning we might actually accomplish our goals.
