[etni] change in present ETNI poll

Hi all,

In light of recent comments to the list, we have decided to take the unprecedented step of changing the ETNI poll midstream.
We are doing this so that more ETNIers will feel that the wording of the poll (and the voting choices) allow them to better express their opinion.
Unfortunately, this also means that the vote count returns to zero, so - all of you that have already voted - please vote again.

The following is the new wording and choices for the present ETNI poll.

"Should we continue with the live radio broadcast of the Bagrut listening comprehension?"
1. Yes - Only the live broadcast should be used, as it is now.
2. No - We should allow schools to use a recording of the listening comprehension that is sent to them, instead.
3. Yes - But all schools should be able to choose between the live broadcast and a recording of the listening comprehension.
4. NO - We should no longer include the Bagrut listening comprehension in the exam.
