[etni] bank card

I have just received a phone call from someone claiming he is from Irgun 
Hamorim, offering me a card which will give me interest free loans, plus 
numerous benefits.
He asked for certain details, like ID, age etc, then about my husband etc. I 
refused to answer without getting something in writing first, and gave him my 
fax number. He called back saying that he can't give me any written 
information, nor anything online, it's all by phone.
When I asked him how he got my number (my cell, not home), he said it was from 
the Irgun.
I might be wrong, but I feel uncomfortable about this. Has anyone had any 
similar experiences lately?
