[etni] bagrut marking

Hi Sandra - I would actually love to become a Bagrut marker for exactly the 
reasons you mentioned.  Unfortunately it seems that it is a real hassle for 
those of us who live in the periphery.  I can't imagine having to travel over 3 
hours each way to the center of the country every week - or even every other 
week.  It seems that one solution could be to add a few pickup areas - if I 
could pick up my tests in Beer Sheva, I would probably sign on.
