[etni] bagrut averages?

Our school "bagrut person" asked me to find th national averages for the 3
point, 4 point, 5 point English bagrut for last summer (תשס"ג ). Any school
who had kids take these tests should have gotten this information. We didn't
(because our kids did winter bagrut, I think).
