[etni] assessment English /Italian

Does anyone know anyone qualified to do a full didactic/psychological assessment of a fourth grade child in both Italian and English. This is a child who has been studying at the American School since kindergarten. At home they speak Italian. The mother does not speak English. Ideally it should be someone who can compare the kids achievements in both languages. Alternatively it could be someone who does the assessment in English but can speak to the mother in Italian (or Arabic -- she speaks fluent Arabic but the child doesn't).
