Hi all,
In the first issues of The Rag, representatives from major publishers/book
sellers were invited to write an article providing their insight into a
specific area of interest to English teachers.
In Issue #1, Richard Steinitz wrote about - "Who Needs Books Anyhow?"
And in Issue #2, Gay Bergman wrote about - "Constantly Tested - a Publisher's
Perspective"
In Issue #3, we approached another major publisher about writing for that
issue, but received no response. Subsequently, there was no such article in
that issue.
For Issue #4, we are making a general call to publishers/book sellers for
articles providing their insight into an area relevant to the teaching of
English, insight acquired through their extensive experience in the field.
Note!!! The article is not meant to be a tool for advertising your wares, in
any way. It is simply an opportunity for you to share your expertise with the
English teaching community.
Please send your article to - david@xxxxxxxx by the end of July 2007 (or by the
middle of August, at the very latest).
Thanks,
David
