[etni] about the corrections in NBA

I need help in clarifying something about the new corrections in NBA, so
please if anyone out there can clarify it for me, please do. 

In an english staff meeting that we held in our school two days ago, the
English co-ordinator told us that, according to the newest corection on NBA,
students in 11th grade at all levels, who will take their bagrut next year
in 2005, are not supposed to do projects and will not be tested at any time
on projects neither for their school grade nor for the bagrut grade. Is that
true?! 

From what I understood, when I read the material on the NBA corrections, the
students are supposed to do a project, yet they will be tested on them only
in the external oral bagrut and not for the "Tziyoun Magein" (i.e. the
schoolgrade?) 

Last year I conducted projects with 10th graders (who are now in 11th grade,
and will not take any Module till next year) and it was a success, and today
when I told them that these projects will not serve them in the Bagrut next
year, they were quite disappointed. 

would anyone please clarify the points concerning the projects and their
place in the bagrut exam?!!!!
